Child Safety Standards
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Sawa Party is a social voice chat app for adults. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. These standards explain what is prohibited, how we prevent and detect it, how anyone can report it, and how we respond.
These standards apply to everything in Sawa Party, including voice rooms, room chat, private messages, profiles, photos, posts, stories, comments, gifts and usernames, and to every user, host, family, guild and agency on the service.
1. Who Can Use Sawa Party
- Sawa Party is only for people who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher.
- The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
- If we learn or reasonably suspect that an account belongs to a minor, we suspend the account and delete it together with its data, except for information we must keep to protect children or to comply with the law.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Sawa Party, whether the content is real, drawn, animated, AI-generated or otherwise altered:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, linking to or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any sexualized image, video, audio or text involving a minor.
- Sexualizing minors in any way, including sexual comments about minors and sexualized depictions of people who appear to be minors.
- Grooming: building a relationship with a minor, or with someone believed to be a minor, in order to sexually abuse or exploit them.
- Sextortion: threatening or coercing a minor to obtain sexual images, money, gifts, coins or other benefits.
- Soliciting, arranging or advertising sexual contact with a minor, or trafficking minors for any purpose.
- Contacting minors for sexual purposes, or trying to move a conversation with a minor to another platform for such purposes.
- Sharing content that promotes, normalizes or instructs others in the abuse or exploitation of children.
- Using rooms, gifts, coins, VIP privileges or any other feature to reward, pay for or facilitate any of the above.
3. How We Prevent and Detect Abuse
- Adults-only eligibility: every user must accept our Terms of Service, which set the 18+ requirement, before using the app.
- Moderation: our moderation team reviews reports and proactively reviews public content such as rooms, room titles and covers, profile photos, posts and stories, and removes violating content.
- Chat and content filtering: we filter room chat and user content, and room owners and administrators can mute, remove and block users in their rooms.
- Feature limits: sending pictures in private chats and in rooms can be restricted, and users can block anyone from messaging or interacting with them.
- Staff training: people who handle reports are trained to recognize CSAE, to escalate it immediately and to preserve evidence.
4. How to Report
Anyone can report child safety concerns, with or without a Sawa Party account. Reports are confidential.
In the app
- Users and profiles: open the user's profile or profile card and choose Report.
- Rooms: open the room menu and choose Report room.
- Posts, stories, comments and photos: use the Report option on that item.
- Block: you can also block the user from their profile. Blocked users can no longer message or interact with you.
By email
Email our Child Safety team at xianxinghouzhi@gmail.com with the subject "Child Safety Report". If you can, include the user ID, room ID or a description of the content, and when it happened. Do not download, screenshot, forward or attach images or videos of child sexual abuse. Describe what you saw instead.
Emergencies
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or police first. You can also report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org, or to the hotline in your country listed by INHOPE at inhope.org.
5. How We Respond
- Child safety reports are given the highest priority and are reviewed as quickly as possible.
- We remove violating content and immediately and permanently ban the accounts involved. We also take steps to prevent them from creating new accounts.
- We preserve relevant information and evidence as required by law.
- When we become aware of apparent CSAM, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or to the competent law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations in the relevant region, as required by applicable law.
- We do not tell the reported account who made a report.
6. Compliance and Cooperation with Authorities
We comply with the child safety laws that apply to Sawa Party, including the laws on reporting CSAM. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations and respond to valid legal requests. Law enforcement can contact us at xianxinghouzhi@gmail.com.
